Pricing

Online prices on this site are for online orders only. Our store may not match these prices. While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors can occur. If an item’s correct price is lower than our listed price, we’ll charge you the lower amount. If it’s higher, we’ll either contact you for instructions or cancel your order. We’re not obligated to honour incorrect prices if the error was obvious. Also, if a product image differs from the description, we are not obligated to honour the incorrect (lower) price.

Registration

Registration requires you to be at least 18 years of age. All information provided must be accurate, and any subsequent changes must be reported.

Password

Your password must remain confidential. You are required to notify us without delay should you have reason to believe your password has been compromised. You are accountable for all activity conducted under your password.

Security

In the event of a security compromise, we reserve the right to mandate a password change. Additionally, we retain the right to suspend or terminate accounts, deny website access, modify content, or cancel orders as necessary.

Account

If you don’t have a trading account, full payment is required for order processing. If an item is unavailable or there’s a pricing error, we’ll notify you. You won’t receive an order confirmation email, and no contract is formed. Prices on our website may change due to factors beyond our control. Some items have minimum order quantities, and you’ll be informed if this applies and can cancel. Please refer to our ‘Returns Policy’ for return details. We are not responsible for any charges related to damaged, late, or non-delivery of items.

Your right to cancel an order

You retain the right to cancel your order at any point following placement, before goods are delivered. Cancellations must be communicated via email or postal mail. 

Liability

Notification of any deficiencies, breakages, or delayed deliveries must be made within 48 hours. In the event of product defects, please provide immediate notification with comprehensive details and, where feasible, a digital photograph. We will address the matter in accordance with your statutory rights. We reserve the right to rectify shortages, schedule alternative delivery dates, replace defective goods, or issue refunds. While we endeavor to provide accurate information, all data is approximate and presented in good faith. We attempt to accurately display product colours, but cannot guarantee precise representation. This website offers no guarantees or warranties. All risks associated with internet usage are assumed by the user. Errors and omissions excepted. Inaccuracies must be reported promptly. We strive for uninterrupted website availability, however, we disclaim liability for any periods of unavailability. Third-party links are provided for convenience and we assume no responsibility for their content.
